Parkridge invests in warehouse space
Parkridge Central & Eastern Europe began building the first phase of the complex Parkridge Business Center Wrocław.
Currently implemented are two warehouse buildings with a total area of over 11 thousand. sqm. Their general contractor is a company Goldbeck.
Facilities will be completed in January 2011. Ultimately, the complex will consist of 5 buildings, which will offer nearly 17 500 sq m area and 10 warehouse/office buildings totalling more than 50 000 sq m.
