123lazienka.pl Sp. Z o.o. – distributor of fittings and equipment for the kitchen and bathroom has leased approx. 3,400 sq m of warehouse and office space in Prologis Park Błonie. AXI IMMO has advised the client in the transaction.
123lazienka.pl is a Polish company operating on the market for 5 years. The company offers comprehensive equipment and accessories for bathrooms and kitchens. The company offers it among other basins, batteries, sinks, bathtubs, and showers. 123lazienka.pl was a laureate in “Laur Eksperta 2018” competition and took 1st place in the ranking of trusted opinions “Ceneo 2018” in “Budowa i ogród” category.
Along with the development of the company and the demand for larger warehouse space, the company decided to lease a modern space in Prologis Park Błonie. The company in the new facility has a warehouse area of approx. 3,200 sq m. and an office component with an area of 200 sq m. Prologis Park Błonie is located in a very attractive location, 25 km west of Warsaw and close to the A2 motorway (8 km).
“We were looking for a space in the facility where we would have the opportunity for future expansion. The higher standard of space and location was also important for us. We wanted a warehouse in a location similar to the previous one, mainly due to our employees, because we did not want to change the conditions and time of commuting to work diametrically. Prologis Park Błonie is a distribution centre with an area of 152,000 sq m of warehouse and office space, located 25 km from Warsaw, close to the A2 motorway. In addition to warehouses equipped with modern technical solutions, there are numerous parking spaces and spacious manoeuvring areas in the park.
