Less than a year ago, international 3PL operator Global Reach Logistics (GRL) started its operations in Poland by leasing 11,680 sqm of warehouse space at Prologis Park Poznań. While negotiating a contract or managing the warehouse facility, the support extended to operational activities in the warehouse. Within the Prologis Essentials Marketplace platform, the facility has been equipped with modern LED lighting and properly configured forklifts, lifts, and pallet trucks.

The positive experience of working with Prologis made GRL decide to sign another lease agreement – this time for 26,500 m² of warehouse space at Prologis Park Poznań II.

The transaction was facilitated by leading advisory firms Polish AXI IMMO Group, and Czech 108 AGENCY. They are representing Global Reach Logistics in transactions within the IRELS (International Real Estate Logistics Solutions) network.
