APP International chooses Strzelce Opolskie
APP International, a producer of shades, covers and elements for motorhomes, leases warehouse space in Strzelce Opolskie. The tenant was represented in the negotiation process by AXI IMMO.

APP International, a manufacturer of specialized shades, covers and small elements to motorhomes, have decided to lease nearly 1,700 sq m of warehouse space in a private investment located in Strzelce Opolskie. The tenant was represented in the negotiation by AXI IMMO.
APP International is a company with German origins associated with the automotive industry in caravans and motorhomes. It has provided numerous components for many years, including cabin doors, hatches, windows, insect repellants, etc. The combination of the advantages of steel structure and plastic products provides a wide range of equipment. The company has been operating on the Polish market since 2017 and so far has mainly dealt with the production of shades and covers against insects.
APP International is increasing its resources due to the growing popularity of caravans
“The assumptions regarding relocation to Strzelce Opolskie resulted from the facility’s local availability capable of increasing our production resources due to the growing popularity of the world and Poland’s tourist vehicle sector. As an industry leader, we want to stay ahead of orders, which is why the company’s headquarters decided to expand the scope of our competencies with new small elements intended for caravanning,” said Jarosław Sergot, APP International.
“The APP International was looking primarily for good-quality space, which will be available almost immediately. The company production and logistics processes are developing, so the good access of the current employees and the human resources for further expansion was also important. Equally important was the proximity of the A4 motorway, which facilitated the logistics of deliveries to Western Europe,” says Damian Kińczyk, Consultant, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO.
“The entrance of APP International company allows us to commercialize our industrial park fully. Rental of real estate is a side activity for us. The more we are satisfied with the concluded lease agreement,” said Wolfgang Wiesiollek, owner.
The private investment of several high-standard warehouse halls in Strzelce Opolsce is located approx. 7 km from the A4 motorway and near the national road No. 94. All conditions make this industrial park an excellent logistics base. The investment specification enables the storage of large and heavy components in an open area and, for example, traditional production in a closed warehouse.
Warehouses in the Opole market
The Opole warehouse market was founded as a result of the expansion of the road infrastructure on the border of Lower and Upper Silesia. Development activity in this region also increased. Its total industrial stock at the end of 2020 amounted to 163,000 sqm, with no planned new supply in the following quarters of 2021. The Opole region is historically an area with great industrial traditions. The most important of which are the food, automotive, metal and machine industries. Currently, this landscape is shaped by local entrepreneurs and the automotive industry with facilities in the BTS formula. This stabilization allows the vacancy rate to be kept at a low level of 7%.
