FARO Tekstylia, a leader in the licensed home textiles and HoReCa sector, has leased over 3,550 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in the Logicor Krakow. FARO Tekstylia also moved its headquarters to the office building at 3 Konstanty Brandl St. with an area of almost 540 sqm. AXI IMMO was FARO’s advisor in both transactions.

FARO Tekstylia, a Krakow company that has been on the market for 30 years, is a producer and distributor of textiles licensed from many well-known brands such as Disney, Marvel, 44 Cats, Bob the Builder, Masha and the Bear, Tom and Friends and Fireman Sam. The company products include bed linen, towels, blankets, bedspreads, tablecloths, bathrobes, hotel fabrics, quilts and pillows. The company is constantly evolving, expanding its product range and customer network, thanks to which it is now one of the most important operators on the European textile market. FARO Tekstylia is active at home and abroad, taking part in international industry events, including the largest – the Heimtextil fair in Frankfurt.

New warehouse and new headquarters for FARO Tekstylia in Krakow

Due to the rapidly expanding range, the existing space in several warehouses has ceased to meet the company’s needs. The company decided to consolidate within the Logicor  Krakow, which has resulted in the lease of 3,555 sqm of warehouse space. At the same time, the company has expanded and moved to a new office located at 3 Konstanty Bradl Street in Krakow.

“Krakow is our home city, and we wanted to stay in the region.
