With over 35 years of market presence, Investa provides various metal industrial services, including laser and waterjet cutting and 3D laser cutting of pipes and profiles. In 2007, it was among the first companies in Poland to establish its warehouse base in the strategically located SEGRO Logistics Park in Stryków near Łódź. This successful partnership has now been extended for several more years.

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków offers more than 360,000 sq m of state-of-the-art warehouse and production space, centrally located in Poland, just 20 km from the centre of Łódź. Its proximity to the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways makes it an ideal distribution hub for Central and Eastern Europe. Tenants also benefit from ongoing support provided by the park’s dedicated property management team, significantly streamlining their operations.

Maciej Suska, Managing Director of Metal Centrum, Investa, commented

Since the start of our relationship in 2007, the expectations regarding warehouse and production space have evolved significantly, as have our client’s goals and needs. We are delighted to have met these demands effectively over the years. We sincerely thank Investa for their trust and wish them continued success.”
