The Medezin production plant was launched in the 7R Park Łódź West I in Konstantynów Łódzki. 7R developer has prepared over 3,700 sq m of space for the pharmaceutical producer Medezin. Warehouse and industrial space, divided into a drug factory and a warehouse. Additionally, the company occupies 450 sq m. Office space located at the production and storage part. The Medezin production plant near Łódź will supply other medicinal products of the Pelion group. The facility allows temperature control in the range from 15 to 25 ° C. Moreover, a cold store with an aggregate for storing medicinal products in the temperature range from 2 to 8 ° C was installed. Regularly, every hour, the air is also changed in the production section. The building uses ‘autodock’ type transhipment platforms, whose task is to reduce the temperature changes inside the warehouse during the loading operation.
