Pulpack, a producer of ecological packaging made of cardboard pulp, has rented nearly 10,800 sq m. Warehouse space in SEGRO Business Park Łódź. AXI IMMO advised the client on the transaction.

Pulpack is a german manufacturer of ecological packaging made of 100% recycled biodegradable, environmentally friendly recycled materials. With its policy, the company supports the circular economy, whose idea is to transform waste into new products. The choice of the SEGRO logistics park was determined not only by the convenient location of SEGRO Business Park Łódź, but also by the parameters of the facility — the installation of powerful machines required a competent partner with extensive experience in building management. The facility additionally installed supply and exhaust installations and a transformer station increasing the power of the packaging production technology line.

50 employees are employed currently in the Pulpack warehouse. Due to the high demand for packaging produced in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, the company expects to increase employment to over 100 employees in the next four years. Customers who receive products are mainly highly specialized producers of finished products who require the delivery of excellent packaging solutions. Pulpack’s largest customer in Lodz is one of the leading computer brands that focus on implementing sustainable packaging for its company.
