Real Management S.A. signed a lease agreement with Sales Service Sp. z o.o. for a warehouse and office space in the last vacant hall, being part of the modern Good Point V warehouse and production park. Sales Service provides businesses with comprehensive assistance in the area of building visibility and activating brands at the point of sale. The tenant was handed over more than 5,000 sqm of the state-of-the-art space in mid-August. As a result, Good Point V is now fully leased. Sales Service was advised by AXI IMMO during the negotiation process.

Sales service in a modern warehouse near Warsaw

The new tenant leasing the space in the Good Point V warehouse and production park, i.e. Sales Service Sp. z o. o., for over 20 years has been providing comprehensive services consisting in building visibility and activating beauty, pharmacy and fragrance brands at the point of sale. Its offering includes logistics, manufacture, assembly and maintenance of display furniture and POS materials. The lease agreement made at Good Point V is a long-term agreement. The tenant was handed over more than 5,000 sqm of space in mid-August 2024.

The Good Point V warehouse and production park is a complex covering three buildings with a total area of 30,000 sqm of space. Two of them, developed as part of the first stage of this investment project, have already been granted occupancy permits.

Good Point V near Warsaw

The Good Point V complex was designed with the ESG principles in mind and meets the highest quality and safety standards. Real Management S.A. is also preparing a Green Standard for Warehouse Buildings to complement the ESG strategy. The development will be BREEAM certified at the Excellent level.

The park is located in Łubna, which is well connected to Warsaw (via the Puławska street) due to the proximity of state road no. 79 and an interchange in Góra Kalwaria.
