AXI IMMO advises St. Majewski, the owner of the Bambino brand, with a lease of over 9,000 sq m in Hillwood Kutno, the distribution center of St. Majewski, a leader in the school supplies industry.
St. Majewski, the owner of brands such as Unipap and Bambino, has leased over 9,000 sq m. Warehouse space and office and social space in the Hillwood Kutno logistics park. The tenant will start operating in the new location in the first quarter of next year. The tenant was represented in the lease transaction by the AXI IMMO agency.
St. Majewski is a Polish company, a leader in the school supplies industry. It has been operating continuously for over 130 years and since its inception, it has made efforts to ensure that the offered products are distinguished by high quality, functionality and rich and sophisticated design. It offers a wide range of art supplies, including the iconic Bambino crayons, school textiles and stationery. St. Majewski is the owner of well-known and appreciated for generations Polish brands: Bambino, Unipap, Mona, ST. RIGHT, as well as a licensee of the world’s largest brands, including To: Disney, Mattel, Hasbro, Universal Studios, MGA Entertainment or the emoji company.

– The new location is our next distribution center, which we are launching due to the constant development of our company’s operations. Modern, well-located warehouses are an opportunity for efficient logistics in reality, which requires the manufacturer to quickly distribute its products. Due to its location, Kutno gives us the opportunity to optimize deliveries both within domestic and international distribution. – says Michał Skolimowski, President of the Management Board of St. Majewski.
– The client decided to rent a property located in Kutno due to previous good experiences with the staff, as well as the relatively short distance from his own factory. In addition, the new St. Majewski is situated in an attractive location with good access to the A1 and DK 92 motorways, i.e. the former national road number two – adds Hubert Wojtera, Associate Director, Industrial & Logistic, AXI IMMO.
Well located Hillwood Kutno in Central Poland
Hillwood Kutno logistics park offers a total of over 32,600 sq m. of modern A-class warehouse space. The investment is located in the immediate vicinity of the ‘Kutno’ exit, next to the A1 motorway, just 10 minutes drive from the junction of the A1 and A2 motorways. At the same time, the warehouse centre is only 7 km away from the Kutno city centre. The advantage of the location is also the modern container terminal located in Kutno – PCC Intermodal, which enables efficient handling of cargo coming from Western Europe, the East, from China, as well as through seaports – on the north-south route (Baltic-Adriatic corridor).
