SWM Poland has extended the lease agreement for over 15.5 thousand sqm warehouse and production space in Segro Logistics Park Stryków, Central Poland. SWM Poland has been operating in the Segro park in Stryków since 2010, using the rented space for the production and storage of SWM films, adhesive tapes, foams, nets, or fibers. The transaction was brokered by the AXI IMMO agency.

SWM Poland, a branch of the American company operating in engineering solutions among paper producers, has been present in Poland for 12 years. Following the recent merger with Neenah, it will operate under the name Mativ. The only Polish headquarters in Segro Logistics Park Stryków produces, among others high-quality, self-extinguishing paper. Mativ solutions are manufactured using resins, polymers and natural fibers for various industries and special applications. The Segro client and its subsidiaries do business in over 100 countries.

As part of our activities, we performed a market analysis and verified existing and planned properties that could potentially meet the company’s expectations. One of the tenant’s priorities was to stay in the same location to maintain a qualified team of employees. The commercial conditions and the location of Segro Logistics Park Stryków, as well as the long-term cooperation of both parties, have provided the tenant with optimal financial and technical conditions.”
