AXI IMMO strengthens its international presence with new strategic alliance with UK’s Carter Jonas
AXI IMMO, leading advisory firm on the Polish commercial real estate market, and British property consultancy Carter Jonas have formed a strategic alliance, with both firms aiming to strengthen their cross-border activities.
Carter Jonas has a strong reputation in the industrial and wider commercial property market, with teams working across its network of 34 UK offices. This new agreement marks the fourth formal international alliance for Carter Jonas. It already has established relationships with German Property Partners and specialists in both the Netherlands and Republic of Ireland.
AXI IMMO was founded in 2009 and is known for its strong presence in the logistics and industrial sector and for providing a broad spectrum of services, including leasing office space, valuation & advisory, investment transactions, property & asset management, land acquisition and disposals, as well as market research.
International cooperation
