AXI IMMO for ID Logistics. 13,500 sq m leased in Prologis Park Piotrkow
AXI IMMO represented the international logistic company ID Logistics in negotiating the lease of warehouse and office space in Prologis Park Piotrkow. It’s another deal for this well-known operator brokered by AXI IMMO.
ID Logistics is known on the market as a supplier of comprehensive warehouse and logistics services. In Poland the company has more than 140 000 sq m of warehouse space. The main sectors of activity of ID Logistics are: Retail, FMCG, DIY, Automotive. The development of the company and its new contracts has led the company to lease new space in Central Poland area. ID Logistics has leased 13,000 sq m of warehouse space and 500 sq m of office space in Prologis Park Piotrkow.
As a result of winning an international tender to provide logistic services for a client from automotive Sector, we looked for warehouse space in Central Poland that would allow for the effective organisation of distribution in Poland and throughout the region. We selected Prologis Park Piotrków due to its convenient location just off the A1 motorway junction and its favourable lease terms, said Yann Belgy, General Manager at ID Logistics Poland.
Thanks to the agreement, our park in Piotrków will gradually gain new tenants. Piotrków Trybunalski’s central location provides quick access to the main urban centres in Poland. It is the perfect location for logistics operators and distribution companies. This time, the space leased by ID Logistics is a corner module with 19 docks and other technical features necessary for logistics operations. Prologis Park Piotrków is located at the junction of the A1/E75 motorway with highway 8/E67. The convenient location of the park enables direct access to roads connecting various parts of the country. The park offers a minimum area of 2,500 sq m for warehousing goods, as well as for logistics and distribution. Buildings can also be adapted as light manufacturing facilities. Prologis Park Piotrkow consists of three buildings with a total area of 100 799 sq m.
