‘For over 10 years, Poland has confirmed that it is one of the best locations for companies that are considering their expansion in Europe. Key factors include investments in the development of road infrastructure, transport opportunities, and above all access to qualified employees. For the sake of these facts, the decision to choose Olsztyn as our first investment in Europe was very aware. We are a company that cares about the highest standards in all areas of our business. A key aspect of achieving them is the well-qualified staff, which is the unquestioned, the greatest value of the company. We want to create a stable and effective communication of the employer’s brand, which will allow us, as in the United States, to become a reliable and important employer on the local market. In our new facility, equipped with an automated clothing sorting line, we are ultimately going to employ over 100 people, ‘said Kamil Jakimiak, President of the Management Board of A&E Clothing Polska.

‘Congratulations to the client on choosing Olsztyn as his first location in Europe. The new investment will help in expanding sales markets and better brand position on the continent. Warmia and Mazury is a growing market on the map of the Polish warehouse map, however, it is already famous for its large potential, which will be gaining in importance in the coming years, including the commissioned subsequent modernized fragments of the S7 expressway from Warsaw to the Tri-City, as well as large resources of qualified employees from nearby cities. During the location selection phase, we took into account logistics centres in the north of Poland, near the port of Gdansk. However, after analysing the lease terms, among others the possibility of expansion and attractive labour market, the decision was made to choose Olsztyn. This is another ambitious project that we were able to implement with a company just entering the European market, ‘said Danuta Dzierżak, Associate Director in the department of logistics and warehouse, AXI IMMO.
