AXI IMMO represents Elfa Pharm Poland in transaction at Logicor Krakow
The manufacturer and distributor of natural cosmetics extend a 3,400 sqm lease at Logicor Kraków.

Elfa Pharm Polska, a manufacturer and distributor of natural cosmetics for women and men, has decided to extend its lease agreement for more than 3,400 sqm of warehouse and office space at Logicor Kraków logistics park. The tenant was represented in the renegotiation process by the consulting firm AXI IMMO.
Elfa Pharm Polska is a manufacturer and distributor of natural and plant-based cosmetics for face, body, and hair care. The company’s portfolio includes brands such as VisPlantis, so!flow by VisPlantis, Gift of Nature, Element Cosmetics, Bishojo, and VisPlantis Professional cosmetics. The reason for pride in recent times is the award for the so!flow by VisPlantis curly hair series, which received a statuette at the Love Cosmetics Awards in the #FeeltheTrend category.
The company is expanding in Western and Central Eastern Europe regions and the United States, Malaysia, Taiwan, and the Persian Gulf countries. In Poland, Elfa Pharm Poland products have been available for more than ten years. Cosmetics can also be purchased from a newly implemented online store at www.visplantis.pl.
Successful expansion
“For more than ten years, we have successfully developed a portfolio of natural and safe cosmetics for women and men. Our work has contributed to developing products that enjoy quality to customers in Poland and abroad. The trust built over the years has allowed us to achieve a stable position in the market, which, together with a good and favorable business environment, contributed to the extension of the lease space. The development coincides with the promotion and launch of the online store www.visplantis.pl, and the B2B platform, which will certainly allow us to reach new customers and further strengthen our image,” explains Tomasz Topolski, Sales Director/Member of the Board, Elfa Pharm Poland.
Elfa Pharm Polska occupies, 2848 sqm of warehouse and distribution space, supplemented by a 575 sqm office module.
Logistics park with potential
“With the lease renegotiation, we are discussing a win-win situation for the tenant and the landlord. The client decided to stay in the Logicor Kraków logistics center because the facility meets the most important assumptions of maintaining the same staff and provides convenient access to the A4 highway making it easier to plan distribution processes. In turn, the landlord retained the owner of strong cosmetics brands in its portfolio and maintained a high level of commercialization of the space,” says Marta Nowik, Consultant, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO.

The extension of the contract with Elfa Pharm Polska also included the modernization and upgrading of the logistics space in the Krakow warehouse – including the installation of modern LED lighting with the Dali system, which positively impacts staff comfort and optimizes energy consumption. The facility is equipped with automated transport handed-over technology, which streamlines distribution processes and significantly impacts CO2 emissions,” adds Piotr Brycki, Senior Asset Manager, Logicor.
Logicor Krakow is a modern distribution center offering approximately 20,000 sqm of A-class warehouse space. The development is located in Skawina, near Krakow, next to the Sidzina junction connecting national road No. 44 with the A4 highway, about 10 km from the center of the capital of the Małopolska province and 13 km from the Krakow Balice airport. Among its many amenities, tenants of the logistics park will find high-class office space, maneuvering areas, parking lots, 24-hour facility maintenance, or fire safety features such as smoke dampers and ESFR sprinklers.
