During the CIJ Awards Poland 2019 Gala the 30 best projects on the market were honoured, as well as firms and agencies operating on the real estate market. AXI IMMO Group was awarded the title of Best Local Real Estate Agency in the Teams & Leaders category. Awards were received also by Liebrecht & wooD Polska, White Star Real Estate, Panattoni Europe, Aluprof, Torus and APA Wojciechowski.

The final gala of the 18th edition of CIJ Awards Poland was held on 6 November at the Raffles Europejski Hotel. During the events, awards were given in six main categories: Development, Teams & Leaders, Services, Transactions, Materials, and Creative Spirit. A total of 123 nominations were submitted in the competition, in 29 subcategories.

AXI IMMO the Best Local Real Estate Agency in Poland

During the final CIJ Awards Poland 2019 Gala in the Teams & Leaders category, the Best Local Real Estate Agency award went to the AXI IMMO Group consulting company. The company also received a special prize for the 10th anniversary of its operation on the Polish commercial real estate market.

Awards were also received by Liebrecht & wooD Polska for Centrum Praskie Koneser and Moxy Hotel, as well as White Star Real Estate for Elektrownia Powiśle and The Park Warsaw office complex. Two awards went to Panattoni Europe for the Amazon warehouse centre in Gliwice and Panattoni Gala & Party 2019. Aluprof company for the façade element system MB-SE80. Torus received awards for the Alchemia office complex in Gdańsk and the tree-planting initiative at the Nadleśnictwo Lipusz forestry unit. APA Wojciechowski received the award for the best architectural studio and leader of the year.

The winners of the competition were selected in a two-stage voting process. The first vote was held on 29 September 2019 at a meeting of a jury of over a dozen recognized experts from the real estate, investment, architectural and construction industries. In the second stage of online balloting, 3,660 votes were cast.

The winners of the individual categories also received nominations for the Best of the Best CIJ HOF Awards. The final gala where the winner of this category will be announced will be held in Prague on 2 April 2020. Representatives of the most important firms from the real estate industry in 10 countries of Central and South-Eastern Europe will take part in the final competition.
