Beers from all over the world in Panattoni Park Janki II
Panattoni Park Janki II has welcomed a new tenant: UDH Sp. z o.o., distributor of global beer brands and food products in Poland.
The company leased almost 2,000 sq m of modern warehouse space. AXI IMMO has represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
UDH specialises in the distribution of the ‘premium’ segment beers and non-alcoholic beverages. It is an exclusive distributor in Poland of the largest multi- brewery in the world. It is Anheuser Busch InBev, which includes brands like CORONA Extra, Stella Artois, Beck`s, Hoegaarden, Leffe, Loevenbaru. For many years UDH has cooperated with the Ukrainian breweries selling brands OBOLON, Lvivskie and Slavutych Chernihovskie. UDH is also a leading distributor of bread acid drinks in Poland.
Beers in modern industrial space in Janki near Warsaw
Currently, UDH’s portfolio already has 25 worldwide beer brands with an offer of 136 beers. The company is present on the Polish market since 1999. They can boast of success in distributing products to over 4,000 retail points in Poland. They are regions such as Pomerania, Wielkopolska, Mazowsze, Upper Silesia and Malopolska. UDH has leased almost 2,000 sq m of earehouse space in Panattoni Park Janki II, the storage area will be used to service the Warsaw region.
The new leased warehouse space is a consequence of our dynamic development. We note the increase in sales of items from our portfolio and constantly enhance the choice of our products. For example now we launch on the Polish market the brand Bud (American Budweiser) – one of the most globally-known beer brand and a wide range of food products from Ukraine. An effective distribution is a priority for us, therefore it was very important to have modern warehouse. Among the available warehouse spaces which are available in the market, Panattoni Park Janki II satisfied our expectations to the greatest extent – comments Ryszard Kanior, CEO UDH.
The Client cared for modern warehouse space in convenient location for carry out logistic operations, in the immediate vicinity of the customs warehouse. Janki is currently one of the best location for distribution, ensures fast access to Warsaw and at the same time to express roads in the direction of Katowice and Krakow – adds Anna Peczela, Industrial & Logistic Consultant at AXI IMMO.
Warehouse complex Panattoni Park Janki II
Panattoni Park Janki II is a modern warehouse complex. It comprise two warehouse building totalling in excess of 32,000 sq m. Panattoni Park Janki is located 15 km from Warsaw city centre, in the immediate vicinity of the Sokołowska junction on the S8 expressway. This road connects the S2 expressway with national road No. 7 leading towards Krakow and Slovakia. The park’s excellent location creates the optimal conditions for distribution to Warsaw, Central Poland, as well as all of Europe.
