Center in a modern logistics park in Bydgoszcz

Fortress Logistic Park Bydgoszcz offers 48,300 sqm of warehouse space, with the potential to expand to 91,000 sqm. This logistics park is well-located within the regional industrial zone in the vicinity of the urban agglomeration – about 4 km from the entrance to the S5 expressway and about 7 km from the access to the S10 and the airport. The nearby main roads allow fast transportation of goods and the proximity to the German border causes great interest in leasing space by Polish and foreign companies.
