New CEE office for WOOX Innovations in Warsaw
AXI IMMO office department consultants have advised WOOX Innovations in the selection and lease negotiations for office space in Warsaw.

The new headquarters of the provider of innovative entertainment solutions will be located in the very centre of the capital, in the Lumen building at 59 Złota Street. WOOX Innovations has leased 727 sqm gross of modern office space.
WOOX Innovations specialises in the development, distribution and marketing of a wide range of consumer electronics products. WOOX Innovations has a leading position in the market under the Philips brand in key categories, including audio systems, docking stations, soundbars, headphones and audio connections. WOOX Innovations Poland Sp. on the 4th floor of the Lumen office building
WOOX Innovations Poland Sp. z o.o. will move into offices on the 4th floor of Lumen office building in the centre of Warsaw. The office in Warsaw is also the company’s headquarters of the Central and Eastern Europe region.
“Business development and changes in ownership in the company contributed to our decision to lease a new office. We wanted not only a good location but also an office which, in accordance with the spirit of the company, would be an inspiration to be creative.” – said Karolina Kłopotowska General Manager at WOOX Innovations.
“The client was looking for representative office space in a central location with easy access from all parts of the city and good communication with the airport, at the same time in a place that will be compatible with nature and development strategy of the company. The Lumen building was the right choice that best met clients expectations.” – added Emil Chwieduk, Senior Office Negotiator at AXI IMMO.
Lumen is part of the multifunctional complex Złote Tarasy in centre of Warsaw, at the intersection of the main thoroughfares of the capital. In the immediate vicinity of the building’ are the Central Train Station, the Centrum metro station, a bus terminal and stops for numerous tram and bus lines. Lumen consists of two buildings: A (from the west) and B (from the east), which are connected by glass walkways. The office building has a total of approx. 23 500 sqm. of first-class office space. A typical floor has approx. 2 900 sqm.
