FLEX prolonged a lease agreement in Logicor Łódź II
AXI IMMO advised Flex, which extended the lease of warehouse and office space at Logicor Łódź II, thus Flex currently holds almost 38 thousand. Sqm.
Flex prolonged a lease contract for a warehouse and office space in Logicor Łódź II with a total area of over 31,000 sqm. At the same time, the company decided to increase the rented space by almost 7,000 sqm. Thus, Flex now occupies almost 38,000 sqm which is most of the building’s surface. The tenant was advised by AXI IMMO.
Flex in Poland supports a diverse portfolio of clients providing services for the computer, industrial, automotive, and medical industries. The company has a regional logistics centre in Łódź and a production park in Tczew. The main areas of Flex’s activities include High-Reliability Solutions (avionics, flight and engine controls, night vision systems, security systems, and surveillance), Consumer Technologies Group (cell phones, smartphones, portable audio devices, wearable devices, wireless modules, home entertainment equipment, game consoles, printers, PCs, notebook computers and tablets) and more.
In Logicor Łódź II the company is servicing, storing, and packaging equipment for its customers from leading technology companies.

Park Logicor Łódź II is located in central Poland, in Łódź, on Zakładowa Street, about 6 km east of the city center. This location is extremely attractive for international logistics investments because it is located at the intersection of the two main transport routes in the region.
