VISIONGROUP, specializing in the rental of high-quality furnished urban apartments, has become a new tenant of Europolis Park Błonie. The Swiss company will use 1 300 sq m for warehousing of furniture and decorative elements for its flats and online shop offer for the European market.
Founded in Switzerland in 1999, VISIONGROUP specialises in the rental of high-quality furnished apartments known for their commitment to service and style at best city locations. The company advanced from start-up to Switzerland’s market leader in just a short time and is now expanding in phases both domestically and abroad. Its business now comprises three brands: VISIONAPARTMENTS, under which it rents exclusive apartments in the bustling urban centres of Europe; VISIONVILLAS, through which luxury residences are available; and VISIONDESIGN, an online portal where users can order furniture, furnishings, and related accessories – including many of the company’s own creations.
Europolis Park Błonie is a modern industrial park, located approx. 27 km west of Warsaw’s centre by route no 92 and just 8 km from A2 motorway. The facility now totals 176 000 sq m and is to eventually offer up to 317 000 sq m of warehouse space. The park is owned by CA Immo Real Estate Management.
