A modern office space being developed in Galeria Młociny will be another facility occupied by Inter Cars. The project, located in Warsaw’s Bielany district, is implemented jointly by EPP and Echo Investment. The Polish distributor will occupy two buildings with a total area of approximately 6,000 sqm. Inter Cars was advised on negotiations of the lease agreement by the AXI IMMO agency.

Well-thought-out office

The company, which has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2004, will occupy all three office floors located in two separate buildings with two reception areas on the ground floor. In addition to the fact that Galeria Młociny is easily reached by public transportation, employees and guests of Inter Cars will have at their disposal parking spaces available on the car park and numerous amenities – energy-efficient lifts, charging stations for electric vehicles and bicycle racks.

In the best vicinity

The new offices of Inter Cars will be a part of Galeria Młociny, a new centre of Bielany being built in the vicinity of a metro station and a transport hub. It is one of the best-communicated locations in the capital, with easy access by car, bike, but above all public transport. Every year, over 24 million passengers use this important interchange point.

A huge advantage of the location of Inter Cars offices will also be access to an attractive commercial, service, restaurant and entertainment offer of Galeria Młociny. Next year, over 220 stores of well-known and popular brands and various service outlets will be waiting for employees here. One of the most modern and largest fitness clubs in this part of the city will be opened in Galeria Młociny. The training rooms at Calypso will be located on two levels and will take up approximately 2,000 sqm in total. What is important from the point of view of office workers is that there will also be at hand a private medical centre and the first multiplex cinema in Bielany.

Food urban culture in Bielany

A trademark of Galeria Młociny will be a restaurant and entertainment area, which will occupy the entire second storey and will be connected with the green garden on the roof. Office employees, same as guests of the shopping centre, will be able to take advantage of nearly 50 restaurants and cafes located in different zones. Next year, Bielany will be enriched by not only cosy restaurants good for business talks at the table but also refreshment facilities, street-food pubs and food-trucks. A novelty will be Hala Hutnik that is inspired by the well-known exhibition and restaurant halls. The industrial decor of this place will include structures assembled with containers, trusses, copper elements, factory lighting, as well as massive wooden benches and tables.

Investors of Galeria Młociny are Echo Investment (30 pct shares) and EPP (70 pct shares). The first company is fully responsible for the development process and the commercialization of the project. The second one will manage the newly-opened complex.

Inter Cars at high speed

Inter Cars is the largest importer and distributor of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles in Central and Eastern Europe. The company also owns a Polish nationwide chain of garages with over 1,000 branches throughout Poland. Through one of its companies, Inter Cars also sells motorcycle brands, including the legendary Ducati motorcycles. Inter Cars is also the creator of Motointegrator, a well-known service and garage search engine. The company currently has nearly 500 branches that operate in 16 European countries.
