Opening of the Bogatynia Retail Park planned for November
AXI IMMO is responsible for Bogatynia Retail Park commercialisation.
The opening is planned by the end of this year. Construction works began in January. The project investor is Rafael Management Ltd., belonging to the group Gant Development JSC. 80% of the retail park is fully reserved or tenanted. Among Bogatynia Retail Park’s tenants are companies such as CCC, PEPCO and Chinese Trade Center.
Bogatynia Retail Park will be located between Daszyńskiego and Spółdzielcza streets, near the Tesco hypermarket and the Media Expert store. The project will be situated in the central part of town, by the main transport hub, and is the first retail park type investment in Bogatynia. The total area allocated for rent is more than six thousand sqm. There will be 200 parking spaces for visitors.
Tenants of the retail park include CCC footwear chain, which has leased 353 sqm, PEPCO fashion network (422 sqm.) and Chinese Trade Center, which will occupy 1200 sqm. Other areas have already been reserved. We will release information about the signing of agreements with further tenants shortly.
Construction work began in January. The general contractor is Intakus JSC from Wroclaw. The opening of the Bogatynia Retail Park is planned for November. At present, it is a key investment in the commercial segment of the town.
