Panattoni Europe commercialising Good Point Puławska – 12,600 sqm for Cursor S.A.
Panattoni Europe, Poland's industrial and warehouse space leader, has signed a lease contract with Cursor S.A. for a total of 12,600 sqm at Good Point Puławska.
The distribution centre is part of an investment portfolio of which AEW Europe is the fund manager, while the developer is responsible for its commercialisation.
Panattoni Europe in partnership with AEW Europe, a leading European real estate asset and investment manager, have disclosed a contract for 12,600 sqm of warehouse spaces, agreed with Cursor S.A. at Good Point Puławska. The tenant is a specialist in design and implementation of complex sales processes, promotion and marketing material logistics. On the one hand, the agreement increases the currently leased 7,100 sqm area by a 5,500 sqm and, on the other hand, secures the lease on additional 3 years.
The logistics centre is owned by PBWII Fund, a European investment fund managed by AEW Europe. Panattoni Europe is responsible for the commercialisation of vacant spaces and servicing the lease contracts ongoing.
Good Point Puławska, a logistics park near Warsaw, is a modern logistics centre featuring a single building – 43,500 sqm of offices and warehouse spaces, adapted to high-bay warehousing – with clear height of 10 m and floor load-bearing capacity of 6 t/sqm. One of the park’s strengths is its location in the vicinity of Warsaw. The facility is located on the national road no 79 in Łubna, 15 km away from Warsaw Southern Bypass (S2) and only 25 km away from the city centre. The location, as well as the flexible lease terms of Good Point Puławska, are recognised by several prestigious tenants.
