A modern distribution centre Panattoni Park Poznań III under construction

Panattoni Europe is developing Poznań’s industrial market, creating nearly 350,000 sqm of warehouse space. In addition to the existing parks – Panattoni Park Poznań I and II, Panattoni Park Robakowo, BTS Pharmacol and the facility for Komputronik SA, the developer has started works on Panattoni Park Poznań III with total planned space of approx. 68,000 sqm. At present, building one is under construction, with space in excess of 12,000 sqm. The investment has already found tenants. They are logistics operators and providers of transport services, as well as freight forwarders. Each company leased 5,000 sqm in the facility under development.

Near Poznań, the developer is also building a giant distribution centre for Amazon with 100,543 sqm, and plans to launch Panattoni Park Poznań IV. According to Robert Dobrzycki, Managing Partner Panattoni Europe ‘The Poznań market continues to hold promise for development potential. The existing space totals 1.02 M sqm, which accounts for approx. 14 percent of the total space in Poland, with a vacancy rate of 4.4 percent. The available space is quite scattered and if a customer should need space in excess of, say, 8 thousand sqm, new space has to be built. Therefore, as a developer, we strive to meet prospects’ expectations.’

Panattoni Park Poznań III is a modern distribution centre with a total space of approx. 68,000 sqm, which will comprise four warehouse buildings at full build-out. The project is located 12 km from Poznań city centre, on the national expressway S11, 800 m radial distance from the intersection of A2, E30, S11. With such close proximity of the city and well developed public transport infrastructure, the facility’s location is easily accessible to the qualified labour pool.
