Polsoja is a Polish company that has been operating successfully for 25 years. It was one of the first companies in Poland to produce tofu and popularise vegetarian and vegan food. Currently, Polsoja offers several dozen plant products in various categories, including sausages, cold cuts, tofu, sandwich pastes and pates. All the company’s products are produced exclusively from non-genetically modified plant materials. The distribution network covers the majority of nationwide and local retail chains and health food stores.

The company decided to move to a new, larger office due to its rapid development. Polsoja has leased 550 sq m on the 2nd floor in the second phase of the DPB Ursus investment.

“We wanted our new office to be a modern, comfortable work space in a convenient location, i.e. one that could be reached by public transport, and at the same time allow for efficient communication between the office and the warehouse. “The client was interested in locating its headquarters in the south-western part of Warsaw, so that on the one hand public transport is available, and at the same time staff with cars have easy access to the office. The tenant also needed an office that would ensure the effective division of space, maintaining the appropriate flow of information between departments. A crucial element was also a high standard of finish and an above-standard number of 35 parking spaces. AXI IMMO’s cooperation with Polsoja covered almost all the areas related to an office lease project – from analysing the needs, presenting offers and negotiating conditions, through to support in the selection of partners preparing the interior design.

Diamond Business Park Ursus business centre

Diamond Business Park Ursus is a business park offering class A office and warehouse space. The office space adjoins the warehouse directly but is a separate building with representative entrance halls from the courtyard. The total size of the complex is 34,000 m2, including 16,000 m2 of office space. The project is located in the Ursus district, 400 m from the Ursus Północny railway station, 600 m from the popular Factory outlet centre and 8 km from the centre of Warsaw. The park is located near the main thoroughfares of the city and the A2 motorway junctions, as well as the Salomea-Wolica junction connecting the S7 (Warsaw-Krakow) and S8 (Warsaw-Wroclaw) expressways.
