Prologis leases out 54,900 sqm
Prologis has acquired two new tenants for Prologis Park Szczecin and has signed four lease renewals for its parks in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Wrocław and Poznań.
Schenker, an integrated logistics solution provider, has leased 7,900 sqm in Prologis Park Szczecin, which is owned by Prologis European Logistics Partners (PELP), for a distribution hub. Swedwood, a pine wood furniture, has taken 7,200 sqm of warehouse space in the same centre, which is now fully leased. Four other companies have signed lease renewals in other parks managed by Prologis: FIEGE (14,600 sqm) will stay in Prologis Park Dabrowa, Sonoco Poland Packaging Services (11,000 sqm) is to remain in Prologis Park Wrocław III and Rhenus Contract Logistics will go on leasing space in Prologis Park Dąbrowa as well as in Prologis Park Poznań, where it occupies 5,700 and 8,500 sqm respectively.
