Bearing in mind the perspective of the end of the current lease contract, the company considered renegotiating the lease terms or the relocation of the head office. The company has chosen AXI IMMO agency specializing in consulting and transactional services in the commercial real estate market.
“We needed a professional partner who would carry out the relocation or renegotiation process, that’s why we asked AXI IMMO for advice. The consultants provided us with a comprehensive market analysis, including offers of other existing and planned locations that could potentially meet our expectations. Finally, we decided to stay in Prologis Park Warsaw II, where we received a satisfactory offer from the landlord.” – comments Sławomir Grzebień, CEO Schrack Technik.
