Seifert Polska in Panattoni Park Mysłowice – AXI IMMO consultancy
Panattoni Europe, leader of the industrial space market in Poland and AXI IMMO, an expert in the commercial real estate, inform about new lease contract: the logistic and transport company Seifert Polska has leased almost 6 200 sqm of warehouse space and 500 sqm of office space in Panattoni Park Mysłowice.
Seifert Polska is part of Seifert Logistics Group, a German transport and logistics group. The company has been operating in Poland since 1999 and has warehouses in Poznan, Ostrołęce, Jasło, Będzin and Katowice. Seifert Polska offers contract logistics services and national and international transport. The company has leased nearly 6 700 sqm within 500 sqm of office space in Panattoni Park Mysłowice. Seifert Group has more than 218 000 sqm of warehouse and logistics space, and more than 240 modern vehicles in Poland and Germany.
New operational area for Seifert Polska
The strategy of our company is one of continuous development and provision of logistics services at the highest level. The new operating space allows us to provide services to our clients even more effectively. We decided on the warehouse in Mysłowice due to its convenient location in the vicinity of the A4 motorway and the optimal solution that Panattoni Europe offered – said Jan Brachmann, General Manager Seifert Polska.
Seifert Poland was looking for modern warehouse and office space in Upper Silesia. The company took into account several sites, and finally decided on Panattoni Park Mysłowice, because the space offered the best fit for the needs and requirements of the client. The client received a corner module with an above-standard system of docks, i.e. docks that are an extension of the warehouse buildings, providing users with isolation from external weather conditions during loading and unloading of goods, and are wider than the standard 7 m manoeuvre square” – underlined Anna Głowacz, Associate Director Industrial & Logistic AXI IMMO.

Panattoni Park Mysłowice
Panattoni Park Mysłowice is one of the biggest distribution centres nationwide – at full build-out it will comprise 7 buildings totalling approx. 200,000 sqm. The park is situated in the vicinity of the A4 motorway, along the S1 expressway, only 30 kilometres from the airport in Pyrzowice. Its location ensures ideal conditions for domestic as well as international distribution, and an easy access to a qualified labour pool.
