Systemy Autobusowe Sp. z o.o., a manufacturer of fire protection and a distributor of alcohol interlocks, has decided to lease over 870 sqm warehouse and office space in the Ideal Idea City Park investment. The transaction completed the commercialization process of the warehouse park on the border of Warsaw and Raszyn. The tenant was represented in the negotiation by AXI IMMO.

Systemy Autobusowe – comprehensive solutions in the field of road safety

Systemy Autobusowe it’s a designer, producer, assembler and distributor of automatic fire detection and extinguishing systems with an auto diagnostic system (FeuTechnik system). The company is also a general importer and distributor of alcohol interlocks of the Swedish manufacturer AutoWatch. In Systemy Autobusowe’s products, alcohol interlocks and extinguishing systems are equipped with conventional and electric public transport vehicles (buses, trams), fleet vehicles, and individual customer vehicles. The latest solution offered by the company is anti-Covid systems for buses. New invention neutralizes bacteria, viruses and fungi. The customers of Systemy Autobusowe are both large companies and public utility companies in Poland and Europe.

At Ideal Idea City Park comprehensive solutions for the automotive industry

Systemy Autobusowe will occupy 510 sqm tailored A-class warehouse space and nearly 370 sqm modern office space in the Ideal Idea City Park.

Ideal Idea City Park is a modern A-class warehouse centre located in the Warsaw logistics region on the capital and Raszyn, near the Southern Ring Road of Warsaw and the S2 expressway. Ideal Idea built the complex in two stages, and its area is over 20,000 sqm.
