The packaging manufacturer will soon commence operations at the MLP Poznań West logistics center. Preston Packaging has secured approximately 7,500 sqm of modern space, which will be available to them in the second half of this year. The leasing process was supported by AXI IMMO.

MLP Group has secured a new long-term lease agreement within the expanding MLP Poznań West logistics complex. The packaging manufacturer, Preston Packaging, will occupy approximately 7,500 sqm of modern warehouse space. Of this, around 6,600 sqm will be designated for warehouse operations, while over 800 sqm will be allocated for office and social areas. The tenant will gain early access to the warehouse section in early August this year, with access to the office section scheduled for early September. Full delivery of the space is planned for the beginning of April 2026. AXI IMMO facilitated the transaction.

Preston Packaging is a leading manufacturer of solid board packaging, pharmaceutical leaflets, and product instructions. With over 20 years of experience, the company provides packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Its packaging and leaflets are distributed across Poland and the European Union.

Faced with the dynamic growth of its operations, the client needed to secure additional production and warehouse space. After considering various options, the decision was made to select the MLP Poznań West distribution center, located in close proximity to the S11 expressway. The warehouse park offers excellent visibility from the expressway and convenient access to key transport hubs. The proximity of the new location to the company’s existing headquarters was an additional advantage, simplifying logistics and operational management. The modern MLP Poznań West distribution center is a complex located on the western side of Poznań, next to the S11 expressway and just 7 km from the intersection of the A2 motorway and the S11 route. The center is primarily aimed at companies from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors. With a target area of over 172,000 sqm, MLP Poznań West is a key element in the Group’s expansion on the European logistics real estate market, while also supporting global efforts to optimize supply chains through nearshoring.

The center is being developed in line with sustainability principles. Photovoltaic panel installations are being mounted on the roofs of the buildings. The park also features infrastructure for cyclists, electric vehicle charging stations, and insect houses. In the office section, large windows have been incorporated, providing better access to natural light and creating more favorable working conditions for employees.

In line with its “build & hold” strategy, MLP Group retains ownership of its logistics parks after construction and manages them independently.
