PGC the Polish Ceramics Group in Central European Logistics Hub in Łódź
PGC, associating companies from the ceramic tiles industry, has leased 6,500 sq m. of modern warehouse and office space at Panattoni Central European Hub in Łódź. AXI IMMO represented the tenant in the negotiation of the lease agreement.

PGC company started its operations in 2013, at the initiative of the largest Polish companies in the ceramic tiles industry, sanitary ceramics and fittings. Members of the PGC purchasing group distribute the products of the most prestigious factories from around the world through a network of several dozen saloons. Currently, the group consists of 15 largest Polish companies.
PGC in a perfect location in Łódź
The Polish Ceramics Group has been dynamically developing for years and has appeared the natural need for larger warehouse space. Due to the fact that it is not possible to expansion at the current location, it was necessary to look for another facility. PGC company has signed a lease agreement with Panattoni Europe. In the largest developer’s warehouse investment so far – Central European Logistics Hub in Łódź, where the company has leased 6,500 sq m, of which the office space covers 400 sq m. The new warehouse is in a great location, just off the A1 motorway.
“Due to the fact that Lodz is a strategic location for us and we have been operating in this city from the beginning, we wanted to remain here. The priority for us was to find ourselves in a facility located within the city, mainly in view of our employees. The location of the investment on which we decided to, located just less than 3 km from the current address, not only does not change diametrically conditions of access for our employees but provides them with the ability to quickly and easily get to work.” – comments Seweryn Kartkowski, President of the board at Polish Ceramics Group
“Apart from the issue of warehouse location, technical aspects were of key importance to the customer, as the tenant needed above-standard floor load capacity due to the specificity of the business. Central European Logistics Hub met the client ’s technical criteria. In addition, in the new location, the customer has a large storage yard at his disposal, which is next advantage for the company and contributed to the decision to lease a space in this complex.” – comments Hubert Wojtera, Senior Consultant Industrial & Logistic at AXI IMMO.
Warehouse Hub in Lodz at A1 motorway
Central European Logistics Hub is the largest logistics complex in Poland delivered by the Panattoni Europe developer. The Hub is located right next to the A1 – the only Polish motorway running north-south. The Central Europen Logistic Hub is located only 30 km away from the Łódź Północ junction, where the A1 and A2 motorways intersect. This is an ideal location in Central Poland with access to the intersection of the European east-west and north-south routes. As well as the location within the city guarantees efficient domestic and export logistics and the employees have fast and easy access to work.
