AXI IMMO Group strengthens its position as the largest Polish commercial real estate advisory firm by entering 2025 with a new Head of the Office Agency. Tomasz Michalczyk has taken on the Head of Office Agency role and will manage the team, acquire and advise key clients on the office market, and drive the growth of AXI IMMO’s services in this sector.
At the beginning of 2025, AXI IMMO implemented comprehensive organisational changes. As part of developing its business lines, the company appointed Tomasz Michalczyk as the Head of the Office Agency. The Office Agency at AXI IMMO provides comprehensive advisory services for companies seeking optimal office leasing solutions in Warsaw and across regional markets. The experts actively support clients throughout the process – from needs analysis and location selection lease negotiations to office fit-out and adaptation to evolving organisational requirements. With extensive experience and in-depth market knowledge, the team assists businesses in expanding, renegotiating, and building flexible leasing strategies aligned with long-term business objectives. Tomasz Michalczyk, Head of Office Agency, AXI IMMO. Tomasz has over 14 years of experience in managing key assets, executing strategic lease transactions, and advising institutional investors and developers on the office market. Throughout his career, he has secured critical pre-let agreements that enabled the financing and development of flagship projects. As an Associate Partner at White Star Real Estate, he was responsible for portfolio strategy and office leasing, playing a key role in fund relations and investment processes.
