AXI IMMO advises UN1F1ED² Global Packaging Group, an Irish packaging producer and distributor who has leased warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Łódź.

UN1F1ED² Global Packaging Group, an Irish producer and distributor of packaging, has leased 6,700 sq m. Warehouse and office space in Prologis Park Łódź. AXI IMMO advised the tenant on the transaction.
UN1F1ED² Global Packaging Group is an Irish manufacturer and distributor of various types of packaging, which offers a full range of support solutions including design and delivery of the finished product to the final customer. The company operates by supplying, among others Pharmaceutical, medical, electronics and automotive industries. UN1F1ED² carries out orders in key markets, among others In Great Britain, France, Germany, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, and through a network of strategic partnerships established in Turkey, China and also in Poland.

Prologis Park Łódź is a warehouse park with representative offices located less than 13 km from the centre of Łódź in the Widzew district, as well as just three kilometres from the A1 motorway (Katowice-Łódź-Gdańsk) and 21 kilometers from the Stryków junction (intersection of the A1 motorways And A2).
The target area of Prologis Park Łódź is 93,000 sq m, which has been divided into three halls. The centre is equipped with modern solutions, including the ESFR system, energy-saving LED lighting, and the ‘smart metering’ system that allows remote monitoring of media consumption. Tenants also receive access to a large manoeuvring yard, numerous parking spaces for cars and lorry, as well as 24-hour security.
