Uniq Logistic to move into MLP Pruszków II
AXI IMMO advises Uniq Logistic, a Polish logistics company once again. Uniq Logistic will move into MLP Pruszków II, a park located near Warsaw, near A2.
Uniq Logistic, the Polish logistics company, will move into the MLP Pruszków II park, where it will lease more than 5,700 sq. m. of modern warehouse and office space. MLP Group was assisted in the transaction by the real estate agency AXI IMMO.
Uniq Logistic signed an agreement with MLP Group for lease of modern space in MLP Pruszków II. Under the agreement, the Group will lease out approximately 5,700 sq. m. of space, of which ca. 5,450 sq. m. will be used for warehousing purposes and the remainder will be staff amenities and office facilities. The finished facility is scheduled for handover at the beginning of Q3 2020. In line with the MLP Group’s standard, the leased space will be adapted to the lessee’s individual needs.

Uniq Logistic in a convenient location near Warsaw

Modern warehouses close to A2
MLP Pruszków II is a logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków. It is the largest logistics hub in the region, with a target leasable area of 309,000 square metres, of which more than half are buildings already placed in service, with more warehouses with a total area of approximately 40,000 square metres in a pre-construction or construction phase. The logistics park has strong potential for expansion and is very attractive for customers thanks to its excellent location and infrastructure. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other strategic cities. The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, three kilometres from the junction in the PruszkówŻbików area. In addition, MLP Pruszków II has a self-serve Nextbike bike rental facility, and employees can also use a bus service with a stop conveniently located on the park’s premises to commute to work.
The international railway lines located in the hub’s vicinity make for excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution.
