VIVE Group in Panattoni’s modern logistic center
The project for VIVE Group is one of 2 buildings contemplated within the scope of the pending Panattoni Park Kielce Project; according to Dorota Jagodzińska, Managing Director at Panattoni Europe, it is the next step of our systematically pursued strategy of developing industrial projects outside the mainstream locations. Therefore, we are really grateful to VIVE Group as the tenant and to the local authorities for offering us the opportunity to launch our business at that location. I truly believe that both Kielce and such towns as Opole, Września, Białystok and Zielona Góra, where Panattoni Europe has started its industry explorations, have the greatest growth potential in the perspective of 2017/2018.
After launching a fully automated VIVE Textile Recycling production line and a technology for voice control of the liquid fuel sorting and production process, this is another investment by Agnieszka Servaas and Bertus Servaas, owners of VIVE Group of Kielce.

‘Considering the rapid growth of our companies, we were not only searching for a significant storage and logistics space but also for a space we could manage in a flexible way. We decided to lease that space at Panattoni Park Kielce for reason of its convenient location and adaptability to the most sophisticated standards. This is important for us because it will translate directly to customer service offered to our clients – users of comprehensive storage and transport operations management services’, says Bertus Servaas, Board President at VIVE Textile Recycling and majority shareholder of VIVE Group companies. Agnieszka Servaas, Vice-President of the Board at VIVE Textile Recycling, adds: ‘A part of the building will be designed to cover VIVE Group’s internal logistics, while the remaining area is allocated to provision of contracted logistics services by the Group for third party customers. It is the first modern facility of this type in the region which will open the path to provision of logistics services for clients representing diverse industry sectors.’
The agent in the transaction was Axi Immo, a consulting agency; according to Danuta Dzierżak, Associate Director Industrial & Logistic AXI IMMO: ‘We are glad we could represent VIVE Group at such a major transaction for the entire region of Kielce.
