The warehouses for rent in the CTP Kobyłka park will be located in the immediate vicinity of the S8 expressway, which allows for quick access to Warsaw and further connection to the A2 motorway. Direct connection via this route with Białystok and Eastern Poland up to the border with Belarus. The CTP Kobyłka project will consist of A-class warehouse buildings with a clear height of 12 m and a standard 12×24 column grid. The warehouses for rent will be equipped with an industrial, dust-free floor with a load capacity of 5 t / sqm, as well as loading docks and entry gates from the “0” level. The park area will be fenced and will include parking spaces for both passenger cars and trucks.
