The dominant subregions are Pruszków, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Janki, Nadarzyn, Piaseczno, Marki, Radzymin, Modlin and Czosnów.
Customers appreciate the local logistics market, its excellent location surrounded by a dense network of roads and motorways, enabling comfortable transport in every direction in Poland. Tenants are eager to use key routes in the Mazowieckie region, such as the A2 motorway, the S2, and S8 expressways, and national roads 50 and 92. Gross demand in 2023 in Poland amounted to 5.6 million sqm, while for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship market it was 1.4 million sqm.
