The region's total industrial and logistics space at the end of Q3 2024 stood at 6.9 million sq m, with new supply delivered between January and the end of September 2024 amounted to nearly 325,000 sq m. Mazowieckie is a central location chosen by logistics companies, distribution companies, suppliers, the e-commerce industry, and service companies. The dominant subregions are Pruszków, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Janki, Nadarzyn, Piaseczno, Marki, Radzymin, Modlin and Czosnów.
Tenants highly value the local logistics market and its excellent location, surrounded by a dense network of roads and motorways, enabling comfortable transport in every direction in Poland. Tenants are eager to use key routes in the Mazowieckie region, such as the A2 motorway, the S2 and S8 expressways, and national roads 50 and 92. Gross take-up in Q3 2024 in Poland amounted to 3.8 million sq m, while for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship market, it was 809,000 sq m.
