Tenants are eager to use key routes in the Mazowieckie region, such as the A2 motorway, the S2 and S8 expressways, and national roads 50 and 92. Gross take-up in Q3 2024 in Poland amounted to 3.8 million sq m, while for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship market, it was 809,000 sq m.
