The Wrocław region is an excellent location for distribution centers and production plants serving Western Europe. In the period from January to the end of September 2023, the new supply of warehouses in Wrocław and the surrounding area amounted to over 358,000 sq m, which allowed the total resources of this region to be increased to 4.08 million sq m.
